"Mix Tape ＋ Incense Holder ＋ Incense"
Drawn in by the rising waves of fragrance, YUMYUM dances. A chain of word-association games turns into a borderless trip of the mind, leading perhaps… to a mysterious African animal puzzle.
This playful homage project takes inspiration from the incense our shop is known for. The artwork comes from Nagoya-based graffiti artist ZECS, who created a special piece just for this release. Music selection is curated by the owner of pieces boutique, featuring a variety of favorite African-related records, all inspired by the scent “African Clear Musk.” Recorded straight to cassette tape, the lo-fi sound captures the warmth and rawness unique to the format.
Each set also includes a handmade incense holder and 7–8 incense sticks. The holders are one-of-a-kind, crafted by hand using original fabrics and carefully collected textiles.
